A Snippet & Ink Christmas, #7
I love that at Christmas we get to watch movies that just aren't as fun any other time of year!

1. I love this movie! Love it! Love Actually, $10.
2. This is always on at my aunt's house where we spend Christmas Eve. Scrooged, $13.
3. I liked this movie so much as a kid, I didn't even think of it as a Christmas movie until I was about fifteen. Home Alone, $10.
4. Perfectly outrageous. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, $15.
5. Does this movie remind anyone else of their family? No? Just me? The Family Stone, $11.
6. I haven't seen this one - I don't think I'd even heard of it until a year ago. Apparently this is ridiculous, so it's on my list of movies to watch this year. A Christmas Story, $19.
What's your favorite Christmas movie? I mean, I know I left out a lot of the big ones, so do share!
...more Christmas on Monday - have a great weekend!

Its a Wonderful Life
Most of those that you listed are one's that we watch every year, but we also must add, White Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street (the new one), Elf (about a gazillion times), Polar Express (two gazillion times), and everyone should watch A Christmas Story with their loved ones, it is hilarious!
You forgot the classic, A Christmas Carol (the book is by Charles Dickens) with George C. Scott.
You really haven't seen A Christmas Story? Wow! You either must be really old or really young as it's a staple for anyone born between 1970-1980.
Definitely: A Christmas Story (Football? What's a football?), Scrooged (I sing to the ending/credits song every time), Home Alone (one of the coolest Xmas soundtracks). I also try to sneak in Nightmare Before Christmas and any of the classic claymation/cartoons like Rudolph and Frosty.
It's okay about the Family Stone. I really enjoyed that movie, but the rest of my family didn't. I can only speculate. :)
i love White Christmas, there's something so classic about it and i watch it every year with my family. i also love miracle on 34th street.
Elf. No matter how many times I watch it, I laugh just as hard as the time before! (Even though many people think it's stupid.)
You must see it once.
My MIL's favorite Christmas movie is The Ref - she needs help LOL
I love Holiday Inn, Christmas in Conneticut, Miricle on 34th Street (both versions), and All I want for Christmas (Thora Birch when she was really young - so cute)
A Christmas Story is a holiday MUST in our house... when TBS runs it on a 24 hour loop it is on the entire time! You'll shoot your eye out! Enjoy it and Happy Holidays! P.S.- My Holidays aren't complete without the Sound of Music!

It's a Wonderful Life, Die Hard, White Christmas, Bishop's Wife, Nightmare Before Christmas, Miracle on 34th St. (the original, I despise the new one) Muppet Christmas Carol and Jim Henson's Otter Jug Band Christmas....we watch a lot of movies during the holidays.
