Real Wedding Saturday: Gena & Russell
Today's beautiful wedding looks like something straight out of a classic novel. Gena and Russell wanted a small, intimate wedding with just close friends and family. 80 guests attended the May wedding at Gena's parents home in Laurel Hollow, New York. Meredith Davenport for Christian Oth Studio took the beautiful photos...

Gena believes that wearing red wards off bad luck, so she and Russell tied red threads on each other's wrists to wear during the ceremony.

Flowers were done by Scarsella's.

Gena wore a white cotton dress by Ivan Grundahl, a top by Comme des Garcon, and shoes by Jimmy Choo.

Russell wore a Prada suit.

Gena and Russell surprised everyone by walking back down the aisle together to the song Walk It Out!

A local bakery, Messina Market, made the cake. Since food was an important element to the couple, they asked Karen Lee, a caterer and friend of Gena's mother, to cater.

Congratulations Gena and Russell, and happy anniversary! Wishing you all the best in your life together! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely wedding with us. And thank you to Meredith Davenport for Christian Oth Studio for sharing these gorgeous photos!
