Board #66: Night at the Museum
Happy Sunday evening!
This board is for Becca, who is having a fall wedding at a natural history museum, dinosaur skeletons and all (how fun!). I think vintage ephemera (like an old ledger for a guest book) has some of the feel of kraft paper and bakers' twine that Becca wants, but still fits with the red color scheme and museum setting.
Mood: museum chic
Palette: red, brown, cream

Top row from left: antique magnifying glass, cuff links, dress from Brides, envelope from Greer Chicago
Row 2: arrangement from MS, April Reed cake, tweed suit from Duchess Clothier, candles from MS, bouquet from The Knot
Row 3: stationery via Brooklyn Bride, centerpiece from Viva Terra, antique ledger
Row 4: flowers from Ingela's Design, butterflies via Oh Joy, photo from Miles Faster, photo from Waterlily Pond

How beautiful!
Wow! You definitely captured what I was going for -- beautiful, chic, and a little nerdy. Thank you SO much!! Skip grad school, go for event design. =)
i love this color theme ....
My god....I used to think that I wanted an outdoors forest wedding. Now I've realized this one would be even more perfect than the one in my head. Thank you!
