Board #86: A Maine Coast Wedding

This board is for another Emily! She is having her outdoor summer wedding on the Maine coast, with a range of blues as her color palette. While Emily wants to reflect the ocean setting, she wants to avoid a beach theme (no seashells or sand). So, here is my take on that event!
