Board #212: Marigold and Fuchsia

If this color palette doesn't make you want to party, I don't know what will! I imagine a bold wedding with lots of dancing and definitely a candy buffet. I would put the men in white dinner jackets with black bow ties, and the bridesmaids in fuchsia knee-length dresses. And big marigold corsages for mothers and grandmothers and aunts. And serve champagne in saucers rather than flutes - just to keep up the kitsch!

Mood: bold, fun, flamboyant
Palette: marigold, fuchsia

Row 3: pink crinoline from Knottie Call Me Mrs. Keeks, cake topper from Quaint Handmade, champagne-soaked citrus from Martha Stewart (photo by Dasha Wright), marigold from Brides
Row 4: cake by Vanilla Bakeshop, bouquet by Ariella Chezar, save-the-date by Peter Kruty, pink dress
