Board #437: Autumn Blue

It wouldn't be fall without a Snippet & Ink wedding board inspired by this gorgeous barn with the cream curtains... this time, though, I wanted to challenge myself to create a unique palette, incorporating some shade of blue. Of all the colors, blue is one of the toughest to make work for autumn, but if you choose the right hue (I've chosen a de-saturated navy), and the right materials (wool, linen, thick paper), I think it works beautifully. Unexpected and quirky, and totally rustic.

Palette: subdued navy blue, rich burgundy brown, warm cream
