Christmas prints inspired by old specimen charts - six types of pine and fur trees printed in white ink on kraft paper.

I love this shot with the black-and-white photo of Shanna's grandparents...

This is probably one of my favorite gift ideas - totally unexpected and special. It's a 2010 calendar, but it's also a tea towel, so even after the year is over, it can be used in the kitchen. Maybe a nice little accent to a kitchen-themed wedding gift? Betsy and Shanna will be adding some download-able items to their Etsy shop at the end of the month too - can't wait to see them!

a tea towel sounds like a really nice gift. funny how everything changes once you're married ;)
Reading the last few day's posts made me realize that I have lurked around the edges of your blog for almost two years now, and I don't think I've ever left a comment. I don't work in design or event planning- I work at a hospital, actually- but I helped my brother and (amazing) new sister-in-law, plan their wedding from 2,000 miles away last March. For more than a year, I've checked your posts and boards almost every day. Just because.
Then, a few months ago, a guy I know through my husband- a surrogate 'baby brother', I guess- asked me to help him with his incredibly budget-crunched wedding this past weekend.
The first thing I did was send them here.
For weeks, we made cupcake toppers, strung beads for a wish tree, collected items for centerpieces, made lanterns, you name it, we tried our hand at it. And, when we got stuck, we came back for more inspiration.
The wedding was perfect- a family affair, not the least bit stuffy (we're down south, so we ate low country shrimp boil and red velvet cake and, yes!, we drank sweet tea). All in all, it was just right.
THANK YOU. From all of us. We'd have been lost without you!! MWAH!
This is great. Thanks for deciding to share. Reminds me a little of eggpress.
