Board #303: Espresso and Marigold

This wedding board was inspired by those incredible yellow-gold shoes from J.Crew with the guinea feathers. I can't get over the color, the style - I love them! These colors would work equally well for a late fall or winter wedding, and though I went with a more vintage look here, I imagine you could go modern with this palette if you wanted to.

Mood: warm, vintage luxury
Palette: marigold, espresso

Normally, I'm not a big fan of brown OR yellow, but I love this board. It is so warm, and the vintage feel is perfectly pitched. I would love to go to this wedding!

This color combination is usually too much of an autumn cliche for my taste but I love this take on it. It's really lovely and warm.

The board is great - I love idea of vibrant accent colors to off set a dark base color!

The vintage car is actually from DuHon Photography and is from one of the wedding Wish Special Events did (http://www.wishspecialevents.com/gallery-three.html) so thanks for finding that great shot!
