Board #239: Licorice & Lemon Drops
This is one of my favorite color combinations, and I think that it works in a number of ways. It can be sweet like today's inspiration board, or modern like this one, sassy like this one, or dramatic like this one, but they're all quite bold. I was further reminded of how much I love these colors together when I saw Brooklyn Bride's post last week from Wedding Style Guide. Today's inspiration board is mostly white, with black and yellow as accents that play off each other, and I kept a little cafe or French bistro in mind when putting this together. At least, if I were to start my own little place, it would be in this color scheme, and it would almost certainly have a black and white tiled floor...

I love this board so much! Beautiful!
I think my favorite aspect of this is the guy serving peanuts etc old school ball park style.
bicycles always add a sense of whimsy, don't you think?
