Love Shoot: Meghan & Jonathan
Sarah Rhoads shared this sweet engagement shoot with me, of her two dear friends, Meghan and Jonathan. Though you certainly don't need props for an engagement shoot, I love the simple items the couple chose to showcase their interests and personalities, from balloons to books.

these photos are so lovely! some couples photos can be very over the top, but these just seem so normal and cool at the same time. i'll be sure to pop by the photographers blog :) thanks!
Really great photos! I would absolutely love to have pictures of me and my husband like #4 & #5. I think a subtle "prop" or two that fits the couple is a great addition to a photo shoot like this.
I have the Cum Laude blouse and the Peplum skirt from Anthropologie! Yay! I was wondering whether to wear those for my own engagement shoot--it's nice that someone else has the same taste!
