Board #228: Classically Modern
With this wedding board, I tried to blend classic elegance with a touch of modern minimalism. Instead of elaborate floral centerpieces, simple potted miniature evergreens line banquet tables. Classic white linen napkins are monogrammed with bold black thread. Envelopes are addressed with simple calligraphy. This would be an excellent wedding in which to ask your bridesmaids to wear a black evening dress of their choosing.

Beautiful - I love it! "Classically Modern" describes it perfectly - there's a little bit of an edge, but the photos will never look dated.
And I would have K-I-L-L-E-D for those Louboutins - my bank account is happy that I didn't find them before my wedding!
Love it! I want the classic black/ white wedding also with a pop of fresh green and your boards offer so many different aspects of putting it all together.

Branches......I think I will marry a branch I love them so so much.......most underrated decorating element around, especially when wrapped lovingly in fairy lights xx
